23.12.09 UNITE International Guides
After the success of the City guides UNITE asked us to work on their International Guides. An informational booklet for overseas students looking to study in the UK, a great project to work and a pleasure as always.
21.12.09 Dirty Love
Forget Christmas! We're all loved up in the Dirty office, we are currently working on some Valentines day POS for Orchid to help get their customers in the mood for luuvvve!
04.12.09 Christmas Awareness
Orchid have been drumming up their Christmas business bookings this year with adverts and inserts in publications across the UK. We have had the festive task of producing all of this advertising, so if you want to know the best place for a Christmas celebration this year, just ask, we’re experts now!
27.11.09 The Drum
The guys at the Drum have once again produced a great article on the creative industry here in the South West. Highlighting how the economy here has been out performing that of the rest of the UK, this is excellent news and a great start to 2010! Have a read of the article in this weeks Drum and see if you can spot some of our designs!
16.11.09 New Winter Menus
Winter has arrived and Orchid Pubs asked us to create new Autumn/Winter menus for their Modern British sector - now in sites the new menu helps warm you up with homemade soups, hearty pies and a great Sunday roast. Go and check out the results in our local Orchid site Channings in Clifton and let us know what you think of the new design!
13.11.09 Graduation!
It's that time of year again and Bristol's streets are lined with gown-clad students and their proud parents, we'd like to say a big congratulations to all new graduates – but especially to Luke - our own graduate placement...Well done Luke!
09.11.09 A Pan Macmillan Christmas
It is only 49 days until Christmas! With that in mind Pan Macmillan asked us to produce a booklet showcasing all of the best reads this Christmas. The final booklet will be distributed in a goody bag at the County Living Christmas Fair in London this weekend.
21.10.09 Dragon Boat Fun
Three of the team had a day out of the office yesterday and took part in the annual Orchid Pubs and Dining Charity Dragon Boat race to raise money for an orphanage in Thailand. After a chilly start we all got into the swing of things and even managed to stay reasonably dry, a great day had by all and a grand total of £8,000 has been raised so far.
12.10.09 14-19 Diploma Prospectus
Bath and North East Somerset council in partnership with Connexions West commissioned us create a new and exciting prospectus showcasing the new Diploma curriculum available to students aged 14-19. The prospectus needed to be informative, engaging and reflect the innovative mix of learning that the Diploma offers.
01.10.09 Bar Room Bar Menus
We’ve designed a new suite of POS and menus for all the Bar Room Bar sites across the country. The final design needed to be contemporary, reflect the eccentricity of each of the sites whilst keeping the Bar Room Bar brand consistent. Pop into your local Bar Room Bar site to see the results!
07.09.09 Dirty Graduate
A new UWE graduate has joined us on a placement scheme for three months to learn about the in's and out's of life in a design agency, welcome Luke!
21.08.09 Banksy v's Bristol Museum
Bristol has been buzzing the last couple of weeks with the infamous Bristol born graffiti artist Banksy staging a home coming exhibition at the Museum. With the queues increasing in size by the day and the long wait tipping four hours we were very pleased to attend the Bristol Media’s private viewing of the exhibition last week. Without giving too much away – it was fab!
24.07.09 Orchid Pubs & Dining
We’ve just launched a fab new look and feel for all of the Orchid Pubs & Dining Thai pubs. Used on menus and POS the new creative remains very oriental, while bold colours and striking typography keep it feeling fresh and modern.
08.07.09 Blonstein Paper Dolls
The studio recently welcomed in four new recruits, mind you they were a little stiff! Another great brief from Blonstein & Associates - we were asked to create a family of life-size 1950’s style paper doll figures to feature in a large promotion they are hosting at Sainsbury’s head office.
01.07.09 Pan Macmillan Presenter
Pan Macmillan commissioned us to produce a presenter to promote a new book to retailers. The Coroner is a new crime fiction novel by M. R. Hall, already receiving a phenomenal amount of press coverage this presenter needed to not only reflect the mood of the book but also highlight the success it has already enjoyed.

We're really proud to announce that we've ranked number 74 in Bristol Media's list of the top 100 creative agencies in the South West.

In this weeks issue Design Week have published an article on the thriving creative industry here in Bristol. It’s a really interesting article (not least because we're in it!).
09.03.09 Support for Business Leaflet
We have produced a new ‘Support for Businesses’ leaflet for West at Work which will be distributed to thousands of companies across the South West over the coming weeks. It details information about help and support with finance, HR or training and skills. There is also information about recruitment support and how to access free business health checks. Look out for your copy!
09.02.09 The Drum, South West Focus
The lovely people at The Drum have published a South West focus this week, looking at the amazing creative industry here in Bristol and the whole of the South West, showcasing our latest project with Bristol International Airport.
02.02.09 Rugby Fever
The 6 nations rugby has kicked off and we have created some rugby POS for The Orchid Group to promote the tournament. Good Luck to all the nations!
26.01.09 Sneak Preview
The Angus Fairhurst exhibition opens this weekend and we were asked to create some supporting POS and preview cards for the event. Check it out at the Arnolfini, Bristol from the 31st January!
