17.09.10 Dirty Dave Survives

You will all be pleased to know that after last Sundays run, Han's legs are finally back to normal! She completed the 10k in 1 hour and 1 minute and is even thinking about entering again next year!

10.09.10 Dirty Dave does Cardiff

Our very own Dirty Dave (Han) will be running the Cardiff 10k on Sunday and I think it's safe to say that after this run she will never run again! (not a fan of the running!) We will let you know how she gets on next week... Good Luck Han x
