Engaging the students of Aberdeen
Creating a city-based campaign to solve two issues local to the city of Aberdeen for Unite Students. Firstly, we needed to cement Unite Students as the best provider of accommodation in the city and secondly to explain why. The properties managed by Unite Students had great feedback from previous tenants so we chose to use first-hand quotations and quirky lifestyle photography to communicate the great service they and their staff provide to individuals.
The campaign cut through the ‘noise’ of price messages in the city and reflected our differentiated service; they took 70+ more room bookings than expected in the city over the three month duration.
